What to Expect - The Application Process
1. Complete the online application form below and "submit."
2. A professional Finance Specialists will reach out to you by email, phone, or text.
3. With your approval, pull credit to evaluate creditworthiness.
4. Underwrite the application and determine which of our 18 banks will be the best fit for your needs.
5. Submit to the bank for conditional approval.
6. Receive a decision from the bank within hours.
7. IFG will coordinate with Ward Yacht Sales, as well as the buyer and seller (as needed) to explain what is needed to move forward with the process.
a. Review stipulations associated with the loan.
b. Collect documents to finalize the process.
c. Discuss different programs available.
8. Prepare the final loan package to send for signatures (buyer and seller).
9. Once the original documents are received, the loan will be funded - send out the proceeds, payoff, and taxes as applicable.
10. You pick up and enjoy your new-to-you boat!
