What to Expect - The Application Process
1. Complete the online application form below and click "Submit."
2. A professional Finance Specialists from IFG will reach out to you by email, phone, or text.
3. With your approval, the rep will pull credit to evaluate creditworthiness and check eligible rates.
4. Underwrite the application to determine which of our 18 banks will be the best fit for your needs.
5. Submit to the bank for conditional approval.
6. Receive a decision from the bank (usually within a few hours).
7. IFG will coordinate with Ward Yacht Sales, as well as the buyers and sellers to move forward with the process and to:
a. Review stipulations associated with the loan.
b. Collect documents to finalize the process.
c. Discuss programs available.
8. Prepare the final loan package to send for signatures (buyers and sellers).
9. Once the original "wet ink" documents are received, the loan will be funded - send out the proceeds, payoff, and taxes, as applicable.
10. You pick up and enjoy your new-to-you boat!
