The Ocean Alexander 423 Classico "Andante" is a proven long-range cruising yacht that blends timeless trawler styling with exceptional comfort, reliability, and practical ownership. • A Kabola Diesel powered furnace system was added in 2019. This unit, located in the Lazarette is a 47.7k btu diesel furnace with exhaust in the Stbd Aft area of the Lazarette. There are three Zones (Forward , Mid, Aft), each with it's own thermostat and (7) Real Sure Marine radiator/heaters positioned throughout the interior of the cabin, providing even distribution of heat. This is a closed loop (non-tox Antifreeze), with spare antifreeze onboard, plus a 5 gallon buffer tank located beneath the forward bunks. There is an 800 watt Victron Inverter 12v DC to 240v AC) to power this system.
• Two Reverse Cycle (16k btu each) Heat/Air Conditioning units each with their own Thermostats provide AC and Heat.

• Designed for extended cruising or comfortable liveaboard use, the spacious interior features a warm teak salon, a fully equipped galley, and a desirable two-stateroom, two-head layout, providing excellent privacy and accommodations for two couples or family cruising. Dual helm stations, a bow thruster, Garmin electronics, Simrad autopilot (not working), and an upper bridge protected by a custom hardtop with a full four-sided enclosure make operating the vessel comfortable in virtually any weather.
