2007 Formula 45 Yacht

Luxury Yacht for Sale: 2007 Formula 45 – Completely Refurbished in 2023

Step aboard this meticulously refurbished 2007 Formula 45, a true testament to luxury, performance, and modern craftsmanship. This vessel has been transformed into a like-new condition, with no detail overlooked during its comprehensive refurbishment in August 2023.

Located in the beautiful San Jose Del Cabo area (just a 45 min boat ride from the popular Cabo marina), the boat sits in dry storage when not in use. This vessel gets supreme treatment and care. The boat is launched prior to the owner’s arrival and when the owner leaves, the boat is hauled out, washed down, engines are flushed with fresh water, plugged in to keep batteries charged and fridges cold, then the boat is covered until the next launch.

Dry boat storage is fully transferrable to the next owner and currently Marine Group is not taking boats of this size….a unique opportunity!! For those clients looking to relocate this boat back to British Columbia, the seller is willing to include a transportation allowance in the package.

Included in the price is a 2023 Sea Doo GTX 170/including sound system

A perfect sport cruiser for private charters, so whether you're cruising the open waters or entertaining guests in style, this yacht offers the perfect blend of elegance, functionality, and cutting-edge technology.
