2012 Formula PC

2012 37FT Formula PC — Meticulously Maintained, Low Hours & Major Upgrades

When it comes to buying a pre-owned boat, condition, maintenance, and ownership history matter. This 2012 37FT Formula PC checks all three boxes.

This Formula has been owner-maintained with an open-checkbook approach, receiving the care and attention you'd expect from an owner who takes pride in keeping his boat right. She is in excellent condition, and the owner has retained complete service and maintenance records, available upon request.

That level of documentation gives the next owner something invaluable: confidence in what they're buying.

Significant Upgrades & Highlights

• Big-block MerCruiser engines with SeaCore corrosion protection
• Only 510 engine hours
• Nearly new generator — just 25 hours
• New A/C system
• New exhaust manifolds
• New Coils on both engines

The 510 hours on the big-block MerCruisers are impressively low for a 2012, and the SeaCore corrosion-protection system provides an added layer of protection and peace of mind.

The generator is another standout feature. With just 25 hours, it's practically new and ready to provide years of dependable onboard power for weekends away, overnight cruising, and extended adventures.

Recent investment in a new A/C system and new exhaust manifolds further demonstrates that this boat hasn't simply been maintained — it has been thoughtfully cared for and upgraded.

An Owner Who Didn't Cut Corners

Perhaps the most important thing to know about this Formula is how she has been owned.

This is an open-checkbook boat. The owner has invested in keeping her properly serviced rather than waiting for problems to develop. And importantly, the service and maintenance records are available upon request, allowing a prospective buyer to review her history and see the level of care that has gone into her.

For a serious boat buyer, that's a major advantage.

Formula Performance Meets Cruising Comfort

The 37 Formula PC is a special combination of performance, craftsmanship, luxury, and livability.

With big-block MerCruiser power, she's capable of delivering the exhilarating performance Formula is known for, while the spacious PC layout provides the comfort and amenities needed for relaxing weekends and extended time on the water.

Whether you're looking for a boat for family cruising, entertaining, offshore adventures, weekend getaways, or simply enjoying a beautiful day on the water, this Formula is ready to deliver.

And unlike many boats of this vintage, you aren't walking into a long list of obvious major upgrades.

The expensive work has already been done.

New A/C. New exhaust manifolds. A nearly new generator. Low engine hours. SeaCore protection. Documented maintenance. And an owner who has maintained her with an open-checkbook philosophy.

A Formula You Can Buy With Confidence

Finding a well-kept 2012 Formula is one thing.

Finding one with 510 engine hours, only 25 generator hours, significant recent upgrades, excellent condition, and documented service history is something else entirely.
