2019 Lagoon 450 F Owner’s Edition "HABZIE" Catamaran for Sale

This highly desirable Lagoon 450 F Owner’s Edition with the Comfort Package Upgrade has been well cared for by her original owners since new.

The flybridge features a helm station with access from both sides, providing excellent 360-degree visibility while underway. Just forward of the helm is a spacious sun lounge area, while seating in the flybridge with a custom full enclosure provides comfortable, all-weather protection. An additional custom-installed solar panel array is positioned on the davit system - giving this 450 F a total solar capacity of 2,355 watts.

At the salon level, the spacious cockpit is also fully enclosed and designed for comfortable entertaining. It features a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, generous seating, and ample storage. A hatch in the hardtop provides ventilation and convenient communication with the flybridge. Aft, stainless-steel davits support the full-size tender, while the wide transom platforms provide easy and secure access aboard and to the tender.

Inside, the Lagoon 450 F offers a bright, elegant, and highly functional salon. The U-shaped galley provides abundant workspace and storage and opens directly to the cockpit, creating an ideal layout for entertaining and socializing. The salon also includes a dedicated indoor navigation station equipped with navigation and charting electronics.

Below deck, the three spacious staterooms feature large hull-side panels that allow plenty of natural light into the accommodations. The expansive Owner’s Stateroom occupies the entire starboard side and includes a dedicated office area with generous storage. Each stateroom is served by its own private head, providing excellent comfort and privacy for owners and guests.

With her highly sought-after Owner’s Edition configuration, factory Comfort Package Upgrade, professional maintenance history and thoughtful owner upgrades, this Lagoon 450 F offers an exceptional combination of comfort, functionality, and cruising capability.
