2023 Reina Boats 44DR

Here is an outstanding opportunity to own this beautiful cross between a luxurious and well appointed houseboat and a high end certified motoryacht: the Reina 44 DR Houseyacht! Blending some of the best of both worlds, the Reina 44DR offers a highly livable Luxury home that you can take out for a local joyride or take on a serious trip! No packing needed-just move the home to your favorite destination and enjoy the change of scenery!

She is a tremendous value for money in today’s market offering so much more value than run of the mill day boats for the same money! Constructed to NMMA CE certification standards, she is totally capable of transit in light to moderate conditions both on inland waters and near coastal waters. She features 2 full helms-a lower weatherproof inside helm and an upper helm for panoramic visibility and situational awareness. Each helm has digital engine and systems monitoring as well as full controls usual to any well equipped motoryacht.

Inside you will find a beautiful well thought out interior that is serene, filled with light (when you want it) and all the comforts of a high end 2 bed/1ba condo on the water! Luxury features include Italian designer furniture, a fully equipped galley, high end surface finishes, electronically controlled light-out shades and designer blinds, insulated walls and windows for thermal efficiency and a host of other great features you’d expect on a vessel of this high caliber.

She is easily seen in the prestigious and beautiful Isles section off of Las Olas Blvd in beautiful Ft Lauderdale. Take it from this seasoned broker and liveaboard veteran of 40 years-this is an extraordary liveaboard vessel that needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Call the Listing Broker to arrange your personal experience onboard and to discuss some additional benefits of ownership offered by Reina Houseyachts!
